Outside air in winter

Am forced to grow in grow room into winter. l have to heat room. How to get outside air when is 20 outside?

Use a lung room prior to entering the grow space and heat it.

Get’s really cold here and I just pull the air from inside the house. Seems to work fine for me.

With people in the house to provide CO2 I think you would not need outside air.
Unless you are going to vent outside…
