Agree full pic of the plant will help. Those leaves have symptoms of overwatering.

Ok, it’s so bushy I thought it be easier to zoom in on one leaf. Here ya go

I haven’t added water to Earthbox yet since they were planted except a little on top layer of amendments so It’s pretty much all moisture in soil I started with.

Looks like a large plant in a small pot. Unless I’m seeing it wrong?

@GreenJewels is an earth box grower, maybe she can provide some suggestions :love_you_gesture:

What type of soil do you have in their? @Odaharry
How and how often do you top water?
An earthbox can be a little tricky when the plant is young because its a large volume of soil and it needs to be moist and not wet or soggy. I use a sprayer and top water with it until they start to take off, then I fill the reservoir.

Just an organic soil mix. I will water res when soil dries up n plant starts to look thirsty

The plant looks good and healthy. I get a few leaves that look like that when I overwater. Hopefully your mix has some good aeration material like pumice. I have a journal with my Earthbox grow if your interested in checking it out, can link it or you can find it under my profile.

If I can be of any assistance, dont hesitate to tag me. Happy growing :v::green_heart:

Thanks. I guess it’s possible there was more moisture on one side of Earthbox n that caused it but since most of the other leaves look fine I won’t worry. Is there 2 plants in your top pic?

Yes, 2 plants in the top pic I just put them in the flower tent on Monday.
The bottom pic is in week 2 of flower

Theres not a lot if growers using the Earthbox. Its good to see someone else using it.
For me, i love using them and have been impressed with the reaults of an earthbox with living soil.
Are you keeping a journal here? Id like to follow along, if so.

Yes that’s interesting how you placed them side by side in back of Earthbox instead of along the length of it. I have no journal. Don’t really have a lot of time which is why the Earthbox! It’s just top dress then water and you don’t even have to water very often after filling res. I grew some tomatoes n peppers outside in one and a few auto flowers in another. That’s all the experience I have so far. Autos didnt get very big but wasn’t bad for first run. All photo periods this time. Tangie , kush n cookies CBD and charlottes Web.

Now that I think of it, did use a spray bottle in there to help raise the humidity, you think that might have caused the leaf issue? Just seems wierd was only a few of biggest leaves n only brown inside them. I’ve heard outside water n plants can get burnt from sun. My light not that strong though so wouldnt think so. It’s just a spider farmer 2000. I’ll try n keep posting pics here so you can follow my Earthbox grow. I only plan to water n top dress once for flower though.

I dont think it was the spray bottle. I think shes fine unless she develops more spotted leaves. Its not from the lights. Light burn would be at the top and looks different than that.

Your right, the Earthbox isn’t time consuming at all. Watering is a breeze. I have an automatic watering system for it that keeps the reservoir full. I use it if I have to go out of town. I like to let the reservoir go empty before refilling so the water sytem only gets used when necessary.

That would be great.

Hows it growing? Any more leaf issues?

Well actually the leaves look TOO big on the Tangerine dream. Is there too much nitrogen in my soil or is that genetics? Bc I have never seen a leaf this big. I’m a man and my hands are big but these leaves are huge! Plant barely even a foot tall. I know people like pics of whole plants but you wouldnt be able to tell without reference so take a look.

Actually fillled up reservoir for first time today since I started and it’s been empty for a while. Plant’s didn’t look like they needed any water. I was pruning today and had em out so figured I might as well fill now since I switched to flowering
