Are these orange spots something to be concerned about?
Probably from water droplets getting on the leaves when watering, I can see them on the leaves in the pic.
The droplets acts like a magnifying glass when paired with a strong light.
It’s very difficult to reach any conclusions without pics of the full plant and some additional information. If they are older leaves then there is nothing to worry about.
Concur with comments about beading water possibly causing leaf burn.
