My 1st grow was meant to be an outdoor autoflower. Found out yesterday through ILGM support that I purchased photo feminized. I just couldn’t figure out why my auto wasn’t flowering. Now I know.
My girl is approx 12 weeks old. Growing like a weed every day. Getting thicker and taller every day.
I was wanting autos in order to be a little more stealth since I’m in a non friendly state.
No sign of flowering (with my limited knowledge). I guess my strategy is to keep feeding and see what happens?
—— Worried a little about it getting too tall? Do I keep it in full sun? Should I move it to a spot with a little less sun to make it go to flower?
Seed: Do-si-dos, Photo, from ILGM
Vessel: Coco + Perlite, 5 gal fabric pot
Nutrition: Jacks 123 + Silica
PH of Water: 68 (do not test runoff or ppm)
Location: Southern US, hot and humid
Temps: Upper 80s to upper 90s
Humidity; Day, Night
She will begin flowering when the day length at your location reduces to 12 to 14 hours.
Look into super cropping to control the height

A supercrop right now probably be good. Still have time for a good heal before full flower.
6.8 pH is that water only or does it include Jack’s?
For pure coco and perlite the feed pH should be 5.8. It is considered hydro.
I would catch and test runoff pH & TDS before flowering starts just to see where it is. Often times issues pop up a couple weeks into flower. I like to address the issues I can fix beforehand.

Thanks for the input. I’ll collect and measure my runoff ph. Will lower my ph on my next water mix.
I have no way to measure ppm.
I’ll get back with you. Thanks
How are you measuring your nutrient solution

I have a Apera ph tester and the up/down solution. Is that what you mean?
You got it Growmie and that Apera is a gem! What’s your input PH after mixing nutrients

After mixing I get a reading of about 7.2. I try to reduce to between 6.5 and 6.8. I’ve learned today that is still too high.
6.5 is the sweet spot with 6.8 being at the top of the range. Curious to see what your run off PPMs are. Tag me when you have that info
