i’m looking to work at a commercial grow, does anyone on this forum have any advice?
Put as many applications out there as you can. Make a few phone calls, ask a few dispensaries. That’s all I can think of. A lot of positions are posted online.
man i have put a lot of apps in, and i’m not really wanting to work at a disp, which are always hiring, i was able to secure 1 interview for a grow operation and i was not the chosen one, but i don’t see many growing/ farmhand positions out there. thanks for the advice i appreciate it!
