So I purchased a couple seed packs and started them once I got them they are all doing well atm but one of the two Chemdogs I planted has this odd leaf structure I’ve never had a plant grow like this before any idea on what could have happened because the other chemdog looks perfectly normal

I’m using Fox Farms OF and HF 50/50 mix

I have two in the tent with leaves that look like chewed rawhide. It happens
sometimes. Pay it no mind until the 3rd or 4th node. That’s when you see what
the plant will really look like.
My plants aren’t pretty but they are all mine! Bwhahahahaha!
