Nutes Question, Please

I’m a grower from 40 years ago when we dropped seed, fed it water, got ourselves some airy buds, and were quite proud of what we had (circa 1978.)

So now I’m growing along side you all. I’ve got 4 plants that I’ve flipped to flower 8 days ago, so it’s time to start feeding them supplemented water. I’m growing in FFHF, btw.

I’ve mixed recommended amounts of Big Bloom, Grow Big, Tiger Bloom, kelp, and a half ml of CalMag and Floramicro in a gallon of water. The PPM of the mixture is around 800, so I am happy with that; however, the pH is down to 4.5.

Do I add pH Up until I get a solution with the pH around 6.5ish? I had runoff pH problems that stunted my plants’ growth a few weeks ago and had to flush to fix it. I don’t want to repeat that.

You are correct.
Always adjust your PH AFTER adding all necessary nutrients. I aim for 6.2-6.5

Should I up the PPM of the solution going in to 1,000 to 1,200 or still a little early for that?

That’s more dependent on how hungry your plants are, how much light you have, and what stage of life your plants are in.

I agree with @Covertgrower pH back up to where you need to be. But at that point check your PPM again very common when you pH back up to 6.5 it will raise your PPM might be not a lot but it will change it some. Good luck
