Nute burn or nute deficiency?! Big difference, please help

Hi, so I gave the girls pretty bad nute burn like an idiot, but not I’m not sure if they have deficiencies! Confusing as the spots look similar to mag deficiency but also to nute burn. I have the yelloeing ladies calmag at 1/3 strength and hoping for the best. Just need an expert opinion I guess.

The difference is in the details!

Without ppm/ph I would say nute burn just based on top growth curling need more information

Oh sways madly, set to 5.7-5.9 once per day, ppm is under 200, going to clean them out entirely in a few hours and then feed. What ppm would you advise? Also just monstercropped! Let me know if it looks ok please dude.

They are hungry ppm of around 6-700 with cal and silicate would help them perk up some
