I am confused by the number of leaves each plant? Both plants are white widow planted at the same time yet one plant (left) is only growing 3 leaves per stem. The other plant (right) is growing stems with 5? Is this normal?

Maybe not normal but also not unheard of. Hopefully the one on the left will grow out of it and act right.
Are they auto or regular fem?

Mine started with 3 then around 5 or 6th week 5 and 7 finger leaves starting coming in. Even seen a 9 finger leave in there

That is probably just the ruderalis gene expressing it’s self. They look healthy but maybe a little hungry.
What light are you using? It looks like they want more intensity.
Sunlight. They are in a greenhouse. I have been following the ILGM schedule for feeding and watering. Using the ILGM products for feeding. This is the 4th week of the “Growth” stage.

That greenhouse material filters some of the light. They will be fine if a bit “leggy”.
