Have you stuck the meter in a glass of tap water to see if it’s even close to reading right?
I’m with @StonedCold13. I would check the calibration of your meter. I would expect to see nute burn with that PPM in a mature plant.
That’s pretty average. Are you using 500 scale?
yes using 500.
I just redid with ppm meter and it reads 2780.
I guess I will give it a few days. maybe just plain water this week instead of feeding?
I only use soil for momma’s and tomatoes so not the best of help. But I would flush the s*t out of it with ph’d water followed by light feeding. But wait for a true dirty grower to give you correct advice 
You’ll be fine. Jacks is gentle. There are times where I hit 3500 ppm with no issues. I’ll just water only until they come down a bit.
