“Hi, I got the tips Robert shared recently. Now I am wondering what next? I have 2 plants started Jan. Seeds are maybe mex.? 1 plant is short and has buds and smells good. Other less so. Should they be harvested? If so how?”

No, I wouldn’t harvest them until they are ready to be harvested! They’re still flowering so I’d wait, in my opinion! The one isn’t flowering at all, so you should definitely wait for that one at least!
