You could depending what kind of high you are looking for. I see some amber nut much. The cold will not hurt anything unless it gets close to 30 something.

i cut some about a month ago that wasnt quite ready but some of my friends get paranoid so i tried to harvest earlier.i had a couple seedlings that started late so ill have a few more chances to get it right!i gotta take another picture without me in it lol!but try this one
