Is there a noticeable difference between 16% thc and 21%,
Say between skunk and gold leaf,

For a daily smoker like myself, yes it does make a difference. To your average smoker, no it won’t really make a difference.
Remember, there are other factors in marijuana that will effect you. A strain with 20% THC may be energetic and uplifting, while another strain that has 20% THC is a couch lock high, and puts you to bed.
