Northern lights autoflower seeds lighting question

I have Led Cob light and it has two options on the light 1) veg/bloom and 2) stronger. Can you tell me when and which options I should use for autoflower plants?

Run both the whole time, as much light as you can get

You can only run one setting at a time.
