It’s a ebb and flow not a Scrog
You can still do a SCROG on an ebb and flow though…
Anybody growing in anyway can use a SCROG. That’s all he’s saying.
SCROG is just a net that goes above your plant. It has NOTHING to do with the medium in which you choose to grow your plants. But yea, I’d recommend 3 plants for that tent and light.

Oo ok I didn’t know knew to all this just always enjoyed marijuana and wanting to start growing. Thank you for the advice I’ll be posting pics of my grow as it starts soon
