How much space between the light and the plant? Won’t stretch if it’s too close.

i disagree, the 12/12 stretch happens no matter how much light they get.!
better the light the least amount of stretch, but stretch is inevitable.

*edit…
referring to normal cannabis plants, i have no experience with auto’s.

lights are 12” over the tops of the plant. 3 gallon pots 3x3x6 grow tent

@12’ your stretch will be minimal if you are using QB’s. Plant will continue to grow though. Had a gold leaf under my QB304’s. Think the buds on top were maybe 4’ tall.

I would back your lights off some. Also wondering when they sprouted?

They came up Valentine’s Day I just have 4 white widows in a smaller tent waiting to get in the bigger tent. The plant is 14” tall

Is it at full power?

Yes I had it turned down to 75% when it was in veg

Take it to like 20" or so above canopy, then lower to 16" a couple weeks after you see pistils.

Do I feed her anything I haven’t been

I would follow directions from manufacturer on whatever you’re using until you see a reason to do otherwise. From pics you posted, I don’t see any pressing nutrient issues at this time.

Great thanks I’ll move the lights up and patience now that is something I need

As a general rule I agree with you although I’ve had good luck attenuating it in some Indica-dominant strains. Being close to the light makes zero difference. In fact I’m dealing with too much stretch but I’m running some sativa-dominant strains which messed me up.

Stretch can run a month or so too with some strains.
