No Seeds The plastic bag was empty

I ordered my seeds got the package with the plastic baggie but no seeds were in it I tried getting a hold of ILGM but no success. Sent them a email no response, tried sending an e mail again no one contacted me . Can anyone give me a contact at ILGM I can get a response from . Or should I kiss my C note farewell.
