Does the lights off temperature have to drop a few degrees or can tou just maintain tent temp at 25degress

I believe the only benefit to dropping temp at “night” is to bring out color in flower. Not essential or necessary at all. I’m not 100% confident but I can’t think of a good reason why you would need any drop at night.

Does it NEED to? No.
Does it help chase phonotype and character closer to harvest? Yes.
Will it effect your harvest if it doesn’t? Nope.

Temp isnt only way to get color tho I’m in south florida and I get 0 fluctuation in all my grows and I’ve had some real vibrant colors … thinking about it they probably woulda been a lil more vibrant… I dunno if the presence on anthocyanin activation does anything to a plants process…seems like that kinda thing might indicate a problem being it’s more present in the cold and acidic or basic conditions… not as much during optimal…I dunno I like thinking outside the box but over all answers no you can run same temp all the time no issue
