Does anybody have any experience with NFT (Nutrient Film Technique)?
I’m wondering if it is better than a RDWC (Recirculating Deep Water Culture) system. Thanks for your input! I’m a total newbie here.

I’ve seen just handful of growers that use this technique. Very successful the few that have tried. I recommend using the search function just see what comes up.
Nft is good for small quick crops like lettuce, the roots that your girl needs clogs the pipes.
