Newbies 3rd Grow

Time has come to start another grow.
I was fortunate enough to get sponsored by Spider Farmer for this grow and testing out one of their new “budget” lights. The G4500 in 4x2 I’ll be doing 2 Mephisto Autos.
Grape Crinkle & Creme De Le Chem
Started germinating the seeds today.
Also set my pots up with half Oceans Forest and Happy Frog with Dolomite Lime and Bigfoot Mychorizzae mixed with Bud Candy.
Below is everything I use for my grow.
I will post pics of my tent setup tomorrow when my light comes and I set up all my fans / exhaust.
My first 2 grows ended with great results so I’m hoping for big things this go around. Feel free to tag along for the ride, success or fail I’ll be posting daily as usual.

I post a lot on IG and someone really liked my post and said I was doing a good thing.( Just sharing what I do as a beginner and the good results I have etc). They were sponsored and had a big following and mentioned me to their Spider Farmer rep. He agreed and offered me to work with them so I’m giving them a try. I’m going to be 100% honest because I am all about my HLG but I wanted to check out SF because they are cheaper and not everyone can afford HLG. It will be nice to see how they are.

Ocean forest is really strong soil, I don’t think you’re going to need to add nutrition for a long time. Also salt nutrients fight with the microbs in mycos, I’d use natural nutrients like worm castings to top dress when the plants have eaten ocean forest up.

Last time I used Oceans Forest by itself I didn’t have to add nutes for 4 weeks but you’re right I’ll have to just keep an eye on it and play it by ear.
Also I have listened to a lot of smart people talk about microbes and if X or Y kills it. From what I’ve heard from multiple smart people in the “industry” is yes certain things kill some of the microbes but a good bit survive.
This is why I like to add more from the start and about every 2 weeks or so I continue to add more just as a precaution.
It could do nothing for all I know but I know my results have been great so for the few extra $ it cost me I figure why not keep doing it :person_shrugging:

@GrowingIs4Everyone i love your pins on the tent! Im a big pokemon nerd!

@GrowingIs4Everyone my veg tent is plastered with stickers and i was gonna sticker bomb the whole outside but after about 6-7 months a majority of them started peeling off and i was like maaannnn that sucks. Now im thinking about holiday decorations inside the tent instead and doing small firesafe themes
