Newbie question cutting during flowering

ok so I have 4 plants growing on my balcony all are Rainbow Kush one seems to have a spider mite issue which I am dealing with it also happened to split right down the middle she has since repaired herself but seemed to go right into flowering and she may be coming down early if this mite issue is not controlled .
BUT my other three plants are about 2-3 weeks into flowering I have these branches at the bottom that are getting NO direct light and look to be wilting here are some pictures can I just cut these off or is it too late in the flowering stage ?

You could really go either way but by the pics it doesn’t appear that the plant is focusing a lot of energy on those lower branches in question. Sometimes cutting can cause the plant shock and have a negative result. It might be better just to leave it in my opinion.

thank you
