Newbee struggles

  1. My pots are 10”w x 9”d

  2. My soils is a simple potting soil with 0.12/0.09/0.07

  3. My room is 27”x37”

  4. My lights are led, 2lights are

100w/500w/10000L also I have 4 strip lights that red and violet spectrum and are vertical in the closet which are 7.5/15w/50L

  1. The water I use is a purified bottle water which I test with ph stops so I can’t get exact readings but shows to be in the 6-7 ph level.

  2. I have a digital ph soil meter with my test today is 8.4 this is at about half depth of pot.

  3. I have a digital soil moisture meter and my soil test today is 7.6 again at half depth of pot.

  4. My temp ranges from 71-80 usually is 75-78.

  5. My RH averages 51%

This is what I started my first auto with and I seem to not have much growth in the last week, I have new seeds coming that I would like to plant but worrried my soil is the problem. Possibly my watering is off to.

Thank you

My recommendation is to pick up a digital pH and ppm meters to measure your water/nute solution and the runoff when you water your plant (about 10% of what goes in should come out; and only water when the top 1/2-1 inch of soil is bone dry). If you dial in the pH of your water/nute solution to to 6.5, you’ll be fine. Your medium runoff (6.2-6.8 ideal range) will stabilize around there. A good pH/ppm starter kit is below.

Are you adding nutrients right now? Look forward to the pics.

Your plant looks pretty good. Is it 16 days since germination or since it popped out of the ground? Either way, she’s coming along, Once the pH is straightened out, you’ll be fine. She’s going to take off soon.

16 days from popping her head out of the soil.

Thanks Man U relieved a little of my stress
