Although its cheap and crude, the vaporizer is back and getting the job done. I keep a circulation fan in the upper corner on low and basically regulate the environment by the amount of tent opening left unzipped.

Kinda boring right now which is a good thing at this stage. Everyone got pH 6.5 cal mag/ recharge water yesterday morning. Prior to that it was just distilled water, nothing added. Didn’t feel pH adjusting plain water is necessary this early on.

Everybody looks happy and healthy! It’s nice to see new nodes on the GSCs so they can spread their leaves out in all directions. They’ll be monsters in no time, but this stage is always the most frustrating for me. Good luck!!

Thanks @WonkaMan! It definitely was more difficult getting started this time but all seemed to take the transplant without any signs of stress last week so:)
Watered all 3 yesterday morning with recharge and CM+. They look good and healthy and the autoflowers are beginning to hit the growth spurt. The clone is not big enough for significant pruning yet but I took the largest fan leaves off that were near the top. Next trimming will be light cleanup of older leaves near the bottom and probably top her to keep her under control as I will gradually increase the light over the next couple weeks.

You could easily top that clone. What are you taking off fan leaves so early? I leave them on until flower, since they collect light and send energy to the root system. During flower, though, when the plant is mature above and below the soil, I then prefer that the energy from the roots/water goes toward bud development, and not big leaves. But maybe you know something I don’t.

Just two largest fan leaves that were at the top. They were making her lean sideways. I’ll be topping tomorrow though actually. Planning to keep her as a mother plant.
Girls got water only this morning and WFG got topped.
Got 2 banana pancakes cuttings yesterday so I DIY built a prop box with things I had already so all I had to buy was a single serving packet of clonex. Can’t see it but there’s a germination mat under the tote lid. Also put the top from the WFG in there.

Topped both GSC today and as mentioned, the WFG got it yesterday
The GSC autos are visibly bigger every day now. Please correct me if I’m wrong but I’m counting the day they were transferred to the 5 gallons as " day 0 " based on the feeding chart (gnats farms…!0!) so my thinking is to slowly introduce feed at 1/4 strength around week 3 or 4.
The cuttings were looking droopy next time I checked after taking the pictures yesterday and I realized that I didn’t trim the larger leaves back and took care of it. They didn’t quite bounce back but look better. Time will tell.

Praying for at least one of the Banana Pancakes ( center and right) to take root so I can have a clone mom for this strain to get the makings of a starter collection. This one’s also a known factor unlike the White Fire Gelato. I still haven’t seen that guy to ask about the lineage so it could be the 6th clone of a clone for all I know.
I put a clear dome over my clones until they take root or they will dry out make sure to have a couple vent holes in the domes
You need something to keep the humidity up
A 2-liter bottle or a solo cup works well for domes

Making ventilation holes after work with heated 1/2" copper. Been keeping one end cracked open and letting fresh air in every couple hours or so lifting off the dome box. I’ll post pictures of the improvements this evening. Scroll back up for the rough draft pics the other day.

Put some vent holes in the box yesterday afternoon but I just didn’t get around to posting yesterday. The sheet is my vent opening adjustment and to prevent sleep disruption.
Added sticky gnat traps to the tent and everybody’s happy except for the bugs

Cuttings successfully rotted so they went to the trash. I’ll try again when the WFG gets a little more growth on her. First feeding yesterday morning of full strength ff trio week 3 for all. They show their appreciation!

Decided that 80 degree daytime avg was not making me or the plants happy so I decided to fix that problem. There’s a vent register in the master bath nearby that has been shut for years. Flexible ductwork is attached to the metal transitions with a heavy duty zip tie so it is easy to disconnect and reconnect. Used 4" pvc plumbing drain pipe to drop through from the attic into the closet and 4" dryer vent (only thing I had to go buy) to complete the run. There is a false access in the ceiling there which made it easy. Unfortunately it’s chilly outside by the time I finished so I can’t really test it out until the a c is running again.
Switched them around and moved the light up and turned up. Also moved the exhaust fan to the opposite side of the tent.

The ducting I redirected is working great when the ac runs. The downside is that the weather is not consistently warm enough yet for the ac to run near continuously through the day but certainly will as the grow progresses over the next 8 weeks or so. I am also going to extend an exhaust vent up and out into the attic soon. Gave each a half gallon of plain distilled water first thing this morning and let it soak in and run through then after 15 minutes, a half gallon each of full strength ff week 4 with recharge and cal-mag plus. The GSCs got their initial LST this week and the WFG gets a little trimming some time this weekend I think.

GSCs split 1/2 gal distilled water then 1 1/2 gal of pH 6.7 recharge water, almost. I gave the WFG about 12 oz of the recharge water. Removed the “humidifier” since household rh is around 50-60% range average and around 55-70% in the tent without running the vaporizer. Also removed the LST twist ties from the GSCs now that they are trained to pretty much even height.
Trimmed back the 3 top branches of the white fire gelato Saturday but she recovers pretty quickly so it’s difficult to see any difference.

WFG is full and lush and ready for another trimming. She is going for a car ride tomorrow so a good friend of mine can get a few cuttings for him and a couple to bring back home. I have not gotten any roots out of 3 attempts now and maybe just maybe, I can get a clone growing finally. Forget the brand but he has something a little more expensive than clonex that is supposed to be really good so fingers crossed.
