New to growing but i have questions

I just wanted to know how come my bud doesn’t have a strong smell to it but my stem does. I moved the stems one day and smelled my hands and the scent was so strong, but if i put my nose to the Bud i don’t smell anything. Just started week 5 of flower and this is my first grow ever… thanks for the help!

Even if the buds don’t have much of a smell once you dry and cure them that’ll change.

I love to rub the stems, dank smelling good.

Strains exude smells at different times. Thus far, my autos normally start around wk 5 flower of flowering giving off some smell.

Love the fruity smell as it gets closer to maturing.

Your vpd looks good… Just be patient… Like @Outlaw said… You’ve got a bit to go yet… And once you dry and cure it the smell should be more pronounced. However, growing by seed produces different phenotypes so… This seed may prove to be stinkier or less stinky…

Good luck! Keep up the good work!

She looks good! Almost ready too I’d wager. My first grow didnt smell too much until after she dryed some. Looking at your plant id like to offer a tip for your next run.

the leaves have a real shinny/glossy look and are deep deep green. This is a signal for too much nitrogen in the feed through flowering. When the plants kick from veg to flower they stretch out then buds start forming. Once the stretch is over you can dial back a little on the nitrogen. How you do that really depends on whatever nutes your using but its just as simple as that.
Super pretty flower growmie. Well done.
