New soil new light did I mess up

Hello everybody, hope your evening is pleasant. I was wondering if anyone was able to point out what I have done wrong.

ILGM Bluedream Fems
Clean w ph of 7 water
Argo Max LED
16 to 18 hours light
Transplanted a week ago from half gallon bucketsseedling soil pots to 5 gallon buckets in great lakes soil suggested by the guy at the grow store for hydroponics. A few days ago these dark spots started showing up. And now the bottom leaves are turning yellow…
It’s been about 45 days and I’m going to switch to flowering but I seem to be experiencing some troubles. Anything helps.

Your ph of 7 water. OUCHY.
You need to be a straight shooter of 6 to 6.5 on water and soil, or you gonna burn your girls panties off. And you probly are burning her, pH is definitely to high in your water.

I looked up the soil, it’s a water only super soil so the ph of water is very important.
