Problem with first 4 weeks of plant, is there a good plan to follow help

I would get a dome over the plant. One that is wide enough. It will bump up the humidity and will also help it grow. I don’t
know if you live in the US but if so, get like a 1or 2 liter soda. Drink it or dump it.
Cut the top off and spray the inside and carefully put it over the plant. You generally need to spray twice a day.

Ok is th iij s because my plant is drying out but to much water smothers it, aquarium effect with bottle

When they are that little they take moisture in through the leaves because the roots haven’t developed enough. That’s why you want a more humid environment for them to get started
