New indoor grower with lighting

I have a 2.5x2.5x6 tent, at each stages of the plants Life cycle Should my HLG 100 V2 Quantum Board QB192 be at. I have 4 3 gallon fabric pots with White Widow auto flowers. Soil: Ocean Forest with Coco at the bottoms of each pot. Using spring water and rain water that I have collected. Humidifier and a small dehumidifier inside tent and a small wall plug heater. I also have two fans also. Any suggestions is appreciated ?

Hey everyone Iā€™m a new grower and wanted to know what a light i should use for 2 plants. just trying to learn more on lighting. Any info would be appreciated.

It depends on the size of your grow area and how much you want to yield.HLG lights are the best and will grow the type of solid buds you want. They have several different options that might suit you.They are expensive but worth it.
