Doesn’t look very good I’m afraid. Give it another chance though and wait a couple of days and see.
I was able to nurse this one back to life.
At 1 week above ground looked like it was toast (7 weeks ago)

Lots of possibilities like water(too much or too little), physical damage, a bug, a hot spot in soil, temperature, bad seed…
