New grower . is this normal?

ok so my plants are about three weeks old im using fox farm happy frog ocean forest mix .my plants been doing fine then yesterday i noticed my first set of leaves are turning yellow and looks like they are dying.here are some pics.any ideas whats causing this?

That’s normal. Its from where the leaves set on the wet soil

From touching the soil. Nothing to worry about. You’ll be removing those soon anyway. You can see the same thing here.
