The actual setting on the light doesn’t matter so much as making sure they’re getting the proper amount of light each day. If the light is closer to the plants it’ll take less power to get the right setting than it will if the light is further away from the plants.
I “kinda” follow this guide but tend to run slightly “hot” of the recommendations. LOL!
The plants will let me know if I need to back off.
