If they are two weeks old you can pot up. Be very careful to remove enough soil to capture all of the root mass.
When i potted up out of my solo cups i used great white sprinkled a good amount in the hole and around it on the sides i made using another solo cup for a reference point of how deep i needed to be

Lost the little one after potting. Big one is looking okish. Any recommendations on next steps or what I could be lacking? I am not watering on days it rains and misting with rain water on dry days.
These photos are from today, day 21(?) since sprouting.
Just don’t water too much at that age they hardly need water I’d fill a solo cup and pour it in a circle around the plant like every few days make sure your ph is correct i keep mine at 6.0 seems it’s worked for me so far and patience is king right now also don’t use any nutrients for a few weeks at least the soil your using has plenty and the leaves store it up too when you do start using nutes I’d go about half the amount they direct or less just to be safe
sorry for the loss. as @Juanhdtv said, don’t overwater. At this point the best thing you can do its just observe and try to keep the watering schedule proper. Remember to dig into the soil with your finger and lift the pot to gauge the need for it to be watered. Good Luck!
She came around. Great work.
Gonna look great in a few weeks
suggest you step up the feeding %…assuming you have nutes available.
If not and on a tight budget, fish emulsion is a good overall fertilizer.
Your plants are a little too light green and small for 21 days.
good to see they are looking much better.
@tanlover442 Ok. Thank you. So would any of these work? If so, which would be best? Also how often do I add them and do I add to the water when I water them?
the white bottle common n effective. can add low dose daily or every other watering. thrive is used intermittently. start low n add till plant looks better.

How are we looking? These were yesterday, 7/13 at day 35(?)
They look happy to me.
good thing about fish emulsion…it’s very easy to use and almost impossible to overdose the plants.
She looks good.
Smooth sailing from there on keep that ph right on the water also if your outside i would give them like a quarter turn everyday
@Juanhdtv @AAA @Myfriendis410 @tanlover442
She’s getting bigger! Still using rain water and fish emulsion with a quarter turn most days. What should I be doing at this point?
(She is a dark green but because of the flash she looks lighter)
You should sit back and enjoy your plant!
Looks very good n healthy. Suggest you go buy a lottery ticket quick.
She likes what you are doing. Might consider adding a little more fish juice. If she gets too tall, will have to support it. But, leaves look like a mostly indica strain. Should stay around 4’ above the soil.
As to flushing, done to wash out built up salts…done two ways: 1-run ph’d water the 3x size of the pot 2–use store bought flush…simple to use…mix, pour and it washes out salt build up. Not much of that with fish emulsion. Mostly for the heavy grow fertilizer nutes.
Time to flush…every so often, just to keep soil fresh n growing good. some schedules say every two weeks.
Flushing before picking is essential!!! Seriously!!!
BUT don’t think is needed with fish emulsion!
Symptoms for flushing…Plant suddenly stops growing, changes colors…gets droopy.
