Shit been stressing me out. Second time growing this strain - last time went yellow but kept growing grrr. Ending up giving up so I’m thinking wtf does she want? I’ve played w moving lights to 3’ then slowly to 18" just to be sure I’m not blasting it w my Mars Hydro 2000 last grow I got that upgrade bright af.
Take it with a grain of salt lol I wouldn’t lead you in the wrong direction I don’t open my keyboard mouth unless I’m 99.9 percent sure of what I’m answering. Your girls look great, just try not too panic too much and keep doing what your doing, your numbers wont lie to you neither will the girls. I have a guy feeling it’s just new growth that hasn’t darkened yet. How’s things going besides the grow? Hope all is well.
I would think if it were your lights the leaves would be praying or really droopy all the time though and perhaps even leathery or kinda dry to the touch if that makes any sense…
Thanks for the reassurance. I know you wouldn’t do me wrong just wanna make sure I’m keeping my meds stocked. And thanks for asking everything else is pretty good fn cold in MN
Yeah man no worries at all, intotally understand and relate I just try not to stress much anymore as hippy dippy as it sounds your plants pick up your vibes too soni try and stay chill and positive as much as possible.
Man I can only imagine how cold it must be, I’m down in Okiehoma and it’s bipolar weather but all is well here too lol. Take care my friend and keep a close eye on her but not too close
Thanks for having by my back @Dbpooper. Any input from the king @peachfuzz? Also @PurpNGold74 @dbrn32 @Jbum watcha think about the self fimmer and the chem OG leaves? Thoughts, comments.
Spitting out multiple tops on their own isn’t unheard of, so wouldn’t worry about that. As far as chem goes, what’s your nutrient mix look like to get to 800ish ppm? Is that on tap water or ro?
Yeah I was surprised but it fimmer itself starting to take off. Using well water feeding tap approx 317 ppm.
Last feeding was 15ml each A&B in 3 gallons cleaned bucket…
First I added 4ml silica stirred into a gallon of water then 4ml Cal mag 6ml hydroguard. Next the A and B stirred in then added to bucket pH adjusted to 5.8 or so. This my ppm numbers include water ppms
This mixture was for 3 gallons of solution…?
Sounds like you might be under feeding…
I’m going to agree with peachfuzz.
There’s no guarantee any of your tap ppm is mobile. So you’re probably more like 500-600 ppm that’s available to plants. If I’m reading that correctly you’re not even at 2ml per gallon on calmag. Not sure what you’re using, but most have some nitrogen. Getting that up could dial everything in. And/or a little more from your base nutes.
Go with tsp/gal on cal/mag
Or 5ml/gal
Also take some of your water to your local well drilling company . Ask them to test it and print you out the results
Digging it! Nice set up! Following along
Was going slow on nutes as it’s a different product. Not a single burn. I’ll up the Cal mag. This is what I have for straight N only 7-0-0, other than my base A which is not just N. Yes @peachfuzz it’s 3 gallons of water in bucket. So what’s your plan or suggestion add how much N label calls for 10ml for 3 gallons but I don’t want to throw off mix and lockout other nutes. Thanks bro
I run 1 mill per gallon of armor si …
3 mill per gallon of cal-mag …
4 mill per gallon micro…
6 mill per gallon grow…
2 mill per gallon bloom…
2 mill per gallon diamond nectar…
2 mill hydroguard…
1 mill hormex…
1 mill per gallon of orca…
This is my vegg recipe…
You have to remove that chloride
It evaporates when sitting. Thanks though
Thanks bro I really appreciate your detailed breakdown!
Chloride can’t be removed by allowing the water to sit. You can get a distiller or a reverse osmosis system to do it.
Chloride is a salt that over time will build up in your root system eventually causing a salt lock of nutrients to your plants.
Now I’m not saying it will happen everytime you grow something but you won’t be able to get the most out of your plants by using that water
