I dont know why but this happens to my plants, as their leaves are very wide and also got a dark green colour, the first leaves of the first two branches seem to be deficient
Your lighting makes it impossible to see color. You will get more and better help with photos taken under natural (white) lighting.

Dark green would mean you’re close to nitrogen lockout. Back off the nitrogen or fix your pH. The two things that can cause it.
