Looks like light bleaching to me. How about some more information about your grow?
I use 800w led bulbs now there is 90cm distance on bigger plants and 120cm distance from smaller plants. Now when the day time for the plant will start I will make all bulbs 62cm distance from the plant.
I grow in the soil and use and there is third vegetative week. I use https://a1mhydro.co.uk/product/advanced-nutrients-sensi-grow/ and making the watering water minimum 20tempereture with aquarium heater.
Week before I had faced How to Get Rid of Thrips | Planet Natural and used https://tanggard.dk/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/Siltac-SF-100ml-DK.jpg trying to kill it. I sprayed few days in the row, gave one day for plant to rest from this spraying chemic and today I will spray it one more time.
