Need some diagnosis please

So after one leaf turned brown and crispy I was under the assumption of perhaps it got wet during a feeding, but it appears to be spreading upwards…after a ton of research I THINK I have it narrowed down to wind burn for a fan being to much and the perspiration being off set some, so I changed fans to a much softer breeze, and then found yet even more…what else could this be??:

I did a little bit of defoliation of the affected lower leaves:

@Ocean. I agree that Looks like that leaf was in the dirt or had nutes splashed on it. The rest of the plant looks good.
A fan will curl the leaf down or in a reverse canoeing shape more so than discolour it.

Looks like @Oldguy has you covered. If your planning on transplanting I’d recommend scheduling it. They may become root bound soon.
