My 1st thoughts the soil looks more like mulch. It’s always good to use a cannabis friendly soil or a seed starter soil for seedlings.

Old window light with no uz protection
Look at Fox farm products, Happy frog or ocean forest . also roots organic would be a good soil All three are proven cannabis friendly soils.

You have light and soil issues sadly…the long stalk is a dead giveaway on the light issue. I know it may seem crazy cause they call it weed, but cannabis is really picky about what soil it’ll grow in. Yes you can grow crappy plants in crappy soil with crappy light but you’re not going to be happy with the result. It would be better off outside if you can do that.
