Question from a fellow grower:

reparing for new hydroponic setup…making my own buckets… Want to use fine bubble air diffusers in bottom of buckets. What air pump capacity or volume per time rating do I need per plant in 5 gal bucket for SCROG or per 5 gal bucket with 5 plant holes for SOG. Also…can one have too much aeration of the nutrient solution? If yes, how much is too much air?

The more air the Better other than that don’t make it more complicated than it has to be. I have done fine with a cheep air pump from Walmart and a nice big air stone
