Need help to start up in my green house

Question from a fellow grower:

We’re moving to a new house that appears to have a plexiglass enclosed grow house. Seems like the neighbors knew about it and the house inspectors smelled the plants. The house has been empty for around 6 months so I’m sure whatever plants were in there are now dead. What’s the best way of starting over? There’s a bunch of overgrown grass in there now. I assume the grass was used to hide the plants.

I would be careful of using a location that has already been found. It may give reason for them to keep checking the same spot.
