Hi, just wanted some more experienced peoples opinions on if this blueberry fem. is ready to be switched to a 12/12 light cycle so she can start budding or if I need to wait and let her grow more in the veg state first. This is my first ever indoor grow so I’m completely unsure. If she’s not, how much longer would you recommend waiting? She’s been growing for over 3 months now started in late July. image|375x500
She is pretty tall already. I would flip based on your tent is probably what, 6’ tall?
Tent is 5’5 and the plant from bottom of the pot to top is just under 4’, i am worried about her outgrowing the tent another reason I wasn’t sure if I should go ahead and switch yet.
I’d switch to 12/12. My GSC was on a 14/10 schedule and she reached 60” tall. She almost touched the lights at the top of the grow room. Fano suggested to bend her so I did. Good thing I did as the bent branches are starting to grow upwards and I’ll have more square footage for the plant area.

You are going to run out of room. You will need to tie the tops down. These plants usually swell to twice their size in budding, height and width!
Oh wow I did not read enough about that lol thanks for the info, if it outgrows the tent can I take it out and leave it in the room? If I can temp/humidity control okay and still get the light above it? Or will it hurt it without the tent?

You can grow in the room, but need to make sure its 100% dark during the dark cycle.

I know what @AAA is talking about since mine I ran out of room since she is 60” tall. I have a 4x4x80” tent and with my QB’s at the very top of the tent she was like 1” from touching them.
Now bend over and spreading out more but this was all before I joined. My GSC is a huge learning curve.
