Good morning y’all I need expert advisd on this plant.
Its new growth turning a little lighter the the rest of plant, its a puprle haze photo, has been in ground from seeding, sprouted 4 /23 . It has the same dirt I mix for all my outside plants, 2 year old compost consisting of fruits ,veggies, rabbit, cow and chicken manure,.
This is a Mexican sativa using the same mix.
I use rainwater, not phd, its about at 7 last time I check it.
Same dirt mix goes into the seedlings (ILGM girl scout cookie )
This is the first time that this problem has occurred , any help is useful, @Aquaponic_Dumme @Majiktoker @Countryboyjvd1971 @bob31
and anyone else that that might have had a a smililar issue, thanks in advanced.
Here’s another plant doing just fine in the same dirt mix.
Another plant same dirt mix doing just fine 2nd week into flowering
@Mrcrabs is this reused soil?
No its soil that I had I’m my old compost bin, never been used.
Mix is 50%compost, 30% peat moss, 20%natural soil,. Natural soil nuetral at 7
Im thinking this is part of the genetics the hazes Ive gotten from here have all been bright in color
Does the new growth get darker as it gets older ? I think they look healthy myself
Thanks a lot, I will keep a close eye on it. I was a little worried that it my be my mix but all other plants potted and in the ground seem to be doing fine.
Keep me posted i will be watching your thread
No, it gets lighter in color, just the new growth at top and leaves just under them, Eveything else dark green.
There was lots of bird droppings on the plant. Mabye that could be the problem. I put a screen on top of plant for protection until I scare bird away.
Yeah that could be a issuekeep the updates coming
I found out what bird was pooping on my plant. A humming bird. Found it nearly dead and dehidreated in its nest one day that we had a heat adviory, 111 outside , found him chripin like crazy, sort of callin for help. Poor thing couldn’t stand on its own. Took him inside, a little pedialite and just saw him flying with his mother.
Yayyyyy @Mrcrabs good job saving for he bird
Plant doing alot better also.
