Though ive been smokin for 40 yrs and im sure at some point i have experienced it, i havent heard it refered to as narcotic affect. Can someone tell me?
The term narcotic (/ n ɑːr ˈ k ɒ t ɪ k /, from ancient Greek ναρκῶ narkō, “to make numb”) originally referred medically to any psychoactive compound with sleep-inducing properties.
