Recently ordered some seeds off of Growers Choice Seeds and the girls took a few weeks to get here from Sac California, as I’m on the East Coast. Anyway, the seeds arrived and I was eager to germinate and plant one. I placed one seed into a cup of Poland Spring room temp water and placed it into a cabinet. Not even 16 hours later, I went to grab the cup to see if the seed had sunk. It did not but the tap root was already busting out of the shell like she couldn’t wait to be planted so with the tap root already showing, I planted her. I will update the grow log weekly with detailed info and pictures, on every Friday or Saturday.
Soil: FFOF
Nutes: Humboldts Secret

So, needless to say. I didn’t update the log as I planned to due to a couple reasons. One being…I thought I killed her before she was alive!
As stated she was planted 12/9/2020 and she popped through the soil about 35-48 hours later. When she popped through the seed casing was still on her, so I left it. Days then went by and nothing was happening other than the plant had grown a tad bit taller. I gave her some more time… and nothing. So about a week later, I said F it. I pulled the shell off. Days then went by again and… you got it. NOTHING. Around 12/18/2020 - I went and did some more research and read that, when a seed casing is removed it can leave the skin connected… which is what happened. So late night on the 18th I removed the seed skin and literally the next day 12/19, I seen the two green leafs! Super exciting. But what’s not green… is white/yellow? Hoping someone could tell me if this is normal or not.The two white-ish/yellow leaves are the two rounder leaves that the plants have when they sprout and the other pair is nice and green.
Sorry camera is messed up but pic is there.
SKA - Watered with Ph’d water only on 12/19/20
Could be a mutation due to genetics. I say watch and see what happens!

Hey,(What i’m asking has to do with a bag seed I planted of Lemon Skunk). Let’s say she has nute burn from FFOF / Humboldts Secret nutes. - (Only used liquid nutes on her once at less than half the recommended dose) The plant has 1 yellow dot on the bottom leaf and may seem to be getting more slightly though, nothing major at all… Suprised I noticed.
I been using Poland Spring bottled water as it tested at 6.0-6.5 ph more towards 6.5, should I add calmag to the gallon of poland spring still or flush (if it is nute burn) with just the poland spring. (First grow, lost asf)
(I’m going to post a picture in one minute)

I’m gonna guess just 1 spot could be splash from watering and the light burn through the droplet. But yea let’s see a pic!
Wow, you’re so smart because now that I think about it, that leaf literally did have a drop and I said to myself eh, what’s one drop… will take pic right now

The drops act as a magnifier lens in the light. Im sure its nothing to worry about.
Phone’s a dud, once it’s done charging there will be pics,

(This is the plant and leaf i’m assuming is starting to get nute burn…) I just gave it ph’d water today and started to flush whatever I could. Not sure if this is what I should have done but I did use liquid nutes on top of ffof on the young girl. Dont think it’s anything too serious, hoping for some help on this girl.
Strain: Lemon Skunk Auto
RH 37 and 28*c
Light: MH Ts1000
Nutes used: Humboldts Secret (used less than half of the reco dose)

I see nothing to worry about. Shes happy. Give it about 4 weeks till adding nutes to ffof.

She’s doesn’t look bad, just lay off the nutes for 4 weeks or so as @Druiddescent said, the FFOF has plenty.
