My Soil Blend Help!

So I’ve decided to try and put together a cheap blend that will do a decent job. After a little reading, this is what I’ve decided on:
50% Kellogg’s Organic
38% peat moss
12% perlite

What do you guys think? What could I do to amend it further without adding a lot of cost?

I would cut out the peat moss, perlite and soil is okay though.
Peat moss is soilless, which needs a different PH level than the soil.
This can cause issues.

Will work fine but if cost is an issue go to your local feed store and buy Bacto Premium potting soil, use it straight out the bag.
