You are using a pot that is far too big for that tiny little plant! If you saturate all the soil in that big pot, then your plant won’t get oxygen from the soil. Better to repot often in the next size up, not really bigger than double the size of the previous pot!? Just FYI

TY 4 ur advice but I’ve been duin it this way 2 eliminate the transplant shock & stress & it seems 2 be working jst fine:slight_smile:
The plants will remain more vigorous & have less risk of choking (better O2
uptake) if they are not swamped by such a big pot… A pot double the size
of the previous is best. I’ve worked with an agricultural engineer for
8yrs, & grown many different nursery plants… But stick with what you
know/trust for sure!
