With my need to limit my opioid use for pain few years ago i started with cbd…but i needed to rethink my stance on mj useage.
After lots of research and searching of my own thoughts and needs I decided my stance on the plant was based soully on my upbringing and not ecactly my own choices…so i began a cbd grow…cherrywine hemp seed in pot on left…a but further i went and planted a baggie seed…surprisingly it sprouted but it took a long time.
This site has been a huge amount of information and knowledge and I am extremely thankful to everyone
NY is not exactly a friendly state…the stigma lingers and will for a long time even if its ever legalized.
Below are my pics of my grow…not sure of the baggies seeds background but its growing very well and blooming too.

Hi @Giuseppe and welcome to the forum. Girls are looking good, are you doing any lst on em, they seem to have a bit of stretch. What kind of lights are u employing and how far above the plants are they?

I agree w you about the stigma, will be around for a very long time.
NY can be a pita but there are some nice people around, just not that many LOL!

I have a 1000 watt led…about 10 in from top of the hemp and 18 in above the other…
i have another led thats 600watt…i was going to add that one today.

1000 watts should be more than enough for two plants. How old are they? you might want to consider doing some training on them to increase bud sites as they develop. You could also do a hard top on em to aid in more branches.

The cbd plant on left has about 18 bud spots and the mj plant has 10

Cbd plant has 23 bud spots…i have trimmed some big leaves.
The mj has 16 bud spots…alot of big leaves…should i trim some of trem off to allow the nutrients to be absorbed more by the bud spots?
It seemes to have worked well on the cbd but the mj is a much bushier and compact plant.

@Giuseppe don’t take any of the fan leaves they are power plant for your plants. Only trim the ones that are dying or in the way of the budsites. You can tuck the big fan leaves under the others. And lst (low stress training) is a great way to go! Lots of awesome help here. Ask and you will receive! There is no such thing as a dumb question. I wish you well on your grow and glad you are trying to kick the opiates. My hats off to you. Keep on keeping on my friend!

Im seeing new bud spots on my hemp plant the past few days…atleast up to 25…i need to learn about scrogging…i think thats it?

I counted 13 bud spots on 1 branch…how much trouble will i have from the weight of the flowers?
Hopefully a lot! The bigger, the better. If you anticipate that being a issue, you can always get some yo-yos, or even just use string to hold them up.
