My 5 week old auto berry's leaves have blue and purple spots on them is this ok

today a few hours after my led light went on I noticed a few leaves had blue and bright purple and bright green spots doing like a hologram effect . can this be from light burn ? if not what is causing it ? and is it a bad sign ?

Can you post a pic that would really help, also the Support ticket would be great. @latewood or someone post the support ticket I can’t find it @MacGyverStoner or @Donaldj or @garrigan62 can help

Just turn off the LED real quick and put a normal bright light on the plant to take a quick picture.

so turn off the light or take plant into real light for picture

Thanks Donaldj

I was typing it as Mac was and posted seconds apart lmao was no sense removing or editing think it served to see how easy would be to get a picture with the speed and ease people came up with same answer

sorry I did not want to disturb my plants light cycle. you guys are probably going to think I am bull shitting but the blue and bright purple and bright green spots on my leaves that were doing a hologram effect completely disappeared, am I going blind or do cannabis plant leaves have the ability to change colors back and forth like that ?

What I think is of little concern if you feel your plants are doing well only you would know for certain since I haven’t seen them and have heard no details to make an informed call. I’m happy to hear that you are happy with your plants

Im going to take a picture of it a few minutes before my lights go on today so i dont disturb it. I’m only growing one plant. I think its doing ok it’s 5 weeks old and it’s got crystals on it. It still got to fatten up though . the strain im growing is a auto berry fem its a cross between blueberry and grapefruit supposedly it’s supposed to start flowering after 6 to 7 weeks or it takes 6 to 7 weeks when flowering starts im not sure I’m new to growing but it’s supposed to be ready for harvest in about 10 weeks from seed.

I think it was just your lights starting up? Makes more sense then a hologram haha

Here’s a picture of my little girl . 5 weeks old what do you think ?

No! Opening the tent before the light comes on to take a picture is much more disturbing to the light cycle than turning off the grow light! Any light interrupting the dark cycle, even if it isn’t as intense as the grow light, this is still LIGHT, this is still interrupting the DARK cycle! Do not give it light during the dark cycle at all, not even to peek in or take a picture.

Turning off the light during the LIGHT cycle is ok, it is totally fine, it doesn’t hurt anything as long as it is for a short amount of time.

you should have told me that before i took the picture. Any way its a autoflower i dont think it did that much harm. today i received my new led light because the one i had’s fan stopped spinning if any thing messed with the light cycle it was when i swapped out my light. Anyway what do you think how does my plant look ? its 5 weeks old
