plant 1 has me confused looks like its been topped.
also it has what looks like a burn mark I think that’s from the peroxide water mix getting on the leaf.
plants are short should I raise the light it’s at @ 12-14" from top of plant

Yes, I would raise the light to 20" to help her stretch a little.

IME the plant hasn’t decided to shoot up yet but it will. Personally I like short bushy plants. WW is one that does well indoors.

yes my last grow they didn’t start stretching until the light switch
what height indoors in a tent can indica strains reach

It depends on a lot of factors; not least of which is time. Assuming adequate space and light, as high as you want. Generally bushy low plants are most useful to us inside growers.

could this be caused by peroxide hitting the leaves?
Possibly. You never want to get chemicald water on foliage. What type of water are u watering with?
Looks like nute burn. I’ve also noticed your soil is damp. That could just be timing of your pics but make sure you are running wet to dry between waterings to avoid damping off.

Tap water ph’d at 6.5
Asking because ive noticed alotta people with calmag issues (brown spots(. Mainly from using distilled water with none in it.
Had to treat for that last grow, ez to see and treat.
well its been two days and the brown spots did not spread. So, now I’m thinking it definitely is from the h2o2
