The best you can do is let her ride for another week or 2 and see how she is going to progress. Unfortunately we see this among autos occasionally.

Exactly what I was thinking giving her another week or two to see what happens but the way it’s looking definitely not looking promising and I did heard about auto having mutations problem

Yeah, I’ve had a few. Here are the two worst.
This is Audrey, she was an LSD auto. Five inches, .25 gram. I think, not sure.
This is Betty, also an LSD auto. Non productive. But I let her finish her life in the windowsill.
Then again, not all autos are runts.
This is Slowpoke, a GG4 auto who yielded 8 oz of killer smoke.
So ya never know.
Give it two more weeks, she might possibly be setting her roots right now.

Definitely keep it going, it may just be seedling weirdness

Sometimes they just look weird or even “deflated” kinda like, but then they look normal by time they get bigger. .
Or they look weird till the end, hopefully its not some crazy bud structure thats all stems or something, but only way to no is grow it out 
This one only grew 3 nodes and then a single leaf out the top 
It effectively topped itself
But it seems fine now.

I did heard that sometimes them mutated autos do be having some good smoke

Thanks! The auto I thought would never start growing, then I thought she would never STOP. I finally chopped her at 140some days old.
I have four more seeds of the strain, but I’m almost afraid to grow it again because what are the odds to growing two monsters in a row?

It is my experience that a lot of autos and I mean a lot of them. Have a much higher leaf to calyx ratio than photo plants? Has anyone else noticed this? Or is it just bro-science?
This is an autoflower so
Not very leafy.
This one is an auto also but more leafy but still tons of calyx. They are different strains though.

This is a gold leaf seedling.
She grew to be a beauty and the smoke is awesome!
