Not necessarily a bad thing but usually shrooms grow in moist conditions. Is the medium always seem wet?? I’ve never had shrooms grow on the mediums but I have had mycelium grow on the top of the medium.
Mushrooms are a good sign…

I have never had mushrooms grow in my soil. And I have high humidity here so I use multiple fans to help prevent this from happening.
Mushrooms could be a good or bad sign. More likely good.
