Molasses in DWC

I was wondering if anyone has ever used molasses in their nute water in a DWC? Good idea or no?

Bad idea, it foams, and causes bacterial issues in hydro. Don’t do it.

I’ve used it in my rdwc and undercurrent systems, along with general hydroponics flora series and I didn’t have any issues.

Clogged lines trying that on autopot system tho

That’s what I kind of thought. Looking for adding sugars to my dwc. This is cool way to grow but I’m still in a learning curve. Thx
